The fix: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every morning. Even on days you're inside or cloudy. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors. Look for sunscreens with added antioxidants for extra protection against free radicals (unstable molecules that break down collagen).

2. Sleeping With Makeup On
The deeper issue: When you sleep in makeup, you're essentially sealing in dirt, oil, pollutants, and bacteria onto your skin. These impurities cause oxidative stress, which leads to breakdown of collagen & elastin, clogged pores, and increased inflammation. Over time, this results in dull skin, fine lines, and an uneven texture.

3. Neglecting Your Neck, Chest & Hands
The deeper issue: The skin on your neck, chest, and hands is thinner and has fewer oil glands. Which makes it more prone to creping, wrinkles, and sunspots. These areas are frequently exposed to the sun and environmental stress. Yet they’re often skipped in daily skincare routines.
The fix: Apply your full skincare routine: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer, and SPF down your neck and across your chest. For your hands, apply SPF in the morning and reapply after washing. Keep a hydrating hand cream with SPF in your bag or car for easy access.

5. Not Getting Enough Sleep
