I’m a homeschool mom who became passionate about gut health after years of struggling with my own health challenges.

Maybe you’re feeling tired more often than you’d like, dealing with digestive discomfort, struggling with cravings, or simply wondering why your body doesn’t feel the way it used to.

I’ve been there too.

For many years I searched for answers that would help me feel better and have the energy to keep up with my family and everyday life. What I eventually discovered was how much our gut health impacts the rest of our body.

Before I share the resources and system that helped me, I want to share a little about my own journey.

My Gut Health Journey

After experiencing these changes myself, I became curious about why gut health affects so many areas of our health, which led me to learn more about the gut microbiome and how supporting it can impact digestion, energy, cravings, and overall wellness.

For years I struggled with health issues that no one seemed to have answers for.

I dealt with digestive problems for 13 years, and for 8 years I experienced hormonal migraines every single month. If you’ve ever had migraines, you know how debilitating they can be. Some months I would be in bed for 1–5 days at a time, unable to function normally.

Like many women, I tried different things hoping something would help, but nothing really addressed the root of what was going on.

Then I started noticing a friend of mine sharing her own health journey. She had lost weight and was talking about how focusing on gut health had transformed how she felt. Watching her progress made me curious, so I started asking questions.

Around that same time, my grandson was on the way, and I remember thinking how much I wanted the energy and health to be fully present for my family. I felt desperate for answers because after years of struggling, it seemed like no one had any.

So I asked my friend if she could help me get started.

She walked me through a simple system focused on supporting gut health, and I decided to give it a try.

Within the first week, I noticed my digestive issues starting to improve.
By months one and two, my migraines became less frequent.
By month three, something incredible happened, the migraines stopped.

As I write this today, I’m happy to say I’ve now been migraine-free for nine months.

Since focusing on gut health, I’ve also noticed improvements in my sleep, energy levels, and sugar cravings, and I simply feel better overall.

That experience is what started my journey into learning more about gut health and why it plays such an important role in how we feel every day.

Why Gut Health Matters

Your gut is often called the “second brain” of the body.
